Position Summary

Bain is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance PPC Specialist - Social Media to join our growing digital marketing team. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work from anywhere in the USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and achieving our client's marketing objectives through data-driven strategies and meticulous execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • Create compelling ad copy and visually appealing creatives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insightful reports.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to enhance campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and analysts, to ensure campaign alignment and success.
  • Manage budgets effectively and track ROI to ensure campaigns are cost-effective.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to a collaborative remote work environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results through paid social media advertising.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Twitter Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Must be a resident of the United States.

Technical Requirements

To be successful in this remote role, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • Dedicated home office space free from distractions.
  • High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload).
  • Reliable computer with sufficient processing power and memory.
  • Proficiency in using video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary range for this remote Performance PPC Specialist - Social Media position is $75,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
