Key Responsibilities For Personal Assistant:

- Organising travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries for business trips.

- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, staff, and suppliers.
- Undertaking ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the executives.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanour.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of medical terminology or experience working in a healthcare setting.
- Experience using diary management software or tools for scheduling appointments.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
