Position Summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supplier diversity programs to promote inclusive procurement practices.

• Collect, analyze, and report data on supplier diversity metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Engage with vendors to foster long-term relationships and expand the bank's diverse supplier network.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance procurement processes.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to procurement and supplier diversity.

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 14 years of experience in procurement, supplier diversity, or vendor management.
• Proven expertise in supplier diversity programs and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and reporting.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic procurement plans.
• High attention to detail and commitment to diversity and inclusion principles.

Compensation & Benefits

Kotak Mahindra Bank offers a competitive salary range of $63,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
