Key Responsibilities For Project Manager:
The Project Manager at Sage Group will be responsible for leading key projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals.
- Developing full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
- Effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Drafting and submitting budget proposals, and recommending subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Setting and continually managing project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Identifying and resolving issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Proactively managing changes in project scope, identifying potential crises, and devising contingency plans.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the information technology sector.
- Solid project management skills, including a thorough understanding of project management principles and techniques.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.

Desired Skills:
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changes, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.

Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for this position is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
