Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Remote Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Trello. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work independently while being an integral part of our remote sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in a remote work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships remotely
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet access
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Trello
- Comfortable working across different time zones as needed
- Familiarity with CRM software for account management
Desired Skills:
- Experience with SaaS products and services

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $60,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience
