Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Remote Agile Coach to join our team and drive agile methodologies across our remote project management operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding and mentoring our teams to enhance their agile practices and deliver high-quality projects efficiently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and improve agile processes and practices within remote project teams
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members on agile principles and methodologies
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement strategies to optimize team performance

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach in a remote work environment
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with remote team members effectively
- Ability to adapt agile principles to suit the needs of distributed teams
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe) is a plus

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet connectivity
- Proficient in using remote collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and Airtable
- Comfortable working in a timezone that aligns with team requirements

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Remote Agile Coach position at Airtable is $90,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer remote-specific benefits such as a home office stipend or equipment provision, flexible working hours to accommodate various time zones, and a virtual onboarding process.
