Position Summary:
Cloudflare is seeking a talented Remote Agile Coach to join our dynamic team. In this fully remote role, you will play a key role in driving Agile methodologies and best practices across our distributed teams. As an Agile Coach, you will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing team performance, and delivering high-quality results in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Agile coaching and guidance to distributed teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on Agile principles and practices.
- Identify and address impediments to Agile adoption and team productivity.
- Mentor team members on Agile frameworks and methodologies to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach in a remote work setting.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with remote team members effectively.
- Ability to adapt Agile practices to suit the needs of distributed teams.
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) is a plus.

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup conducive to remote work.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for seamless virtual collaboration.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate team members across different time zones.
- Proficiency in using remote team collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Jira.

Desired Skills:
- Experience with virtual team building activities to foster team cohesion.
- Familiarity with remote communication tools to facilitate effective collaboration.
- Ability to organize and lead virtual workshops and training sessions for remote teams.

Compensation & Benefits:
Cloudflare offers a competitive annual salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 for the Remote Agile Coach position, commensurate with experience.
