Position Summary:
As a Remote Agile Coach at DoorDash, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting our teams in adopting and implementing Agile methodologies. Your expertise will drive the successful delivery of projects in a remote environment, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to promote Agile best practices and facilitate a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and practices to enhance project delivery
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Identify and address impediments to team progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on project goals and priorities
- Drive the adoption of Agile frameworks and tools to optimize team performance

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach in a remote work environment
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with remote teams effectively
- Ability to adapt Agile practices to suit the needs of distributed teams
- Certification in Agile (e.g., CSM, CSPO) is a plus

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet connectivity
- Proficient in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Jira
- Comfortable working in a flexible schedule with occasional overlap with Pacific Time Zone

Compensation & Benefits:
DoorDash offers a competitive annual salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 for the Remote Agile Coach position. In addition, we provide a home office stipend or equipment to support your remote work setup.
