Position Summary:
As a Remote Agile Coach at PayPal, you will play a pivotal role in driving agile methodologies and best practices across our distributed teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide agile coaching and mentorship to remote teams to optimize their workflows and deliverables
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and priorities
- Identify areas for process improvements and guide teams in implementing effective agile strategies
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote agile principles and practices within the organization

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in a remote work environment
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with remote team members effectively
- Ability to adapt agile practices to suit the needs of distributed teams
- Certification in Agile (e.g., CSM, PSM, or SAFe) is highly desirable

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 for the Remote Agile Coach position at PayPal.
