Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives
- Implement Agile frameworks tailored to remote work dynamics
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery of milestones

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach in a remote work setting
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for virtual team interactions

- Certification in Agile (e.g., CSM, CSPO) is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range for Remote Agile Coaches at Plaid: $90,000 - $120,000
