Position Summary:
As a Remote Agile Coach at Square, you will play a crucial role in guiding our teams towards agile methodologies and practices to enhance project delivery and efficiency. You will work remotely, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of innovation and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and facilitate agile frameworks and practices within project teams
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members on agile principles and methodologies
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance agile understanding and adoption
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with agile practices
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Drive agile maturity and continuous improvement across projects

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in a remote work environment
- Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote team collaboration
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, CSPO) is a plus

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet access
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Jira)
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate team members in different time zones

Desired Skills:
- Experience in leading virtual workshops and training sessions
- Familiarity with remote team building activities and strategies
- Knowledge of Kanban, Lean, or other agile frameworks beyond Scrum

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 for this remote position, commensurate with experience. In addition, Square provides a home office stipend or equipment allowance to support your remote work setup.
