Position Summary:
As a Remote BI Developer at Cerebral, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that provide valuable analytics to our clients. This remote position offers the opportunity to work independently while being an integral part of our distributed team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain BI solutions using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
- Optimize and troubleshoot BI solutions to ensure data accuracy and performance
- Create interactive dashboards and reports to visualize complex data sets
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in BI development

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience as a BI Developer or similar role in a remote work setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for remote team collaboration
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office with high-speed internet connection

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 for this remote position, commensurate with experience.
