Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries and provide timely, accurate, and friendly support via email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the MyFitnessPal platform.
- Monitor community forums and social media channels to engage with users and address their concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Technical Requirements:
- Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps for download and 10 Mbps for upload.
- Proficiency in navigating virtual communication platforms and time zone flexibility to accommodate team meetings and collaboration.
- Comfort with working independently and seeking assistance when needed in a remote setting.

Compensation & Benefits:
Annual salary range: $45,000 - $55,000, commensurate with experience.
