Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented Remote Compensation Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Compensation Analyst at Canva, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our compensation programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent in our remote workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research and analysis to ensure competitive salary structures
- Developing and implementing compensation strategies aligned with company goals
- Evaluating job positions to determine appropriate salary ranges
- Administering employee compensation programs, bonuses, and incentives
- Collaborating with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field
- Proven experience as a Compensation Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in compensation analysis tools
- Excellent understanding of compensation and benefits practices
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office with ergonomic setup
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom)
- Comfortable working in Eastern or Pacific time zones
- Familiarity with HRIS and compensation software is a plus

Desired Skills:
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
- Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Proven track record of driving compensation initiatives in remote settings

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience
