Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $65,000 to $85,000 for the Remote Compensation Analyst position, commensurate with experience. In addition, Groove HQ provides a home office stipend or equipment allowance, flexible working hours to accommodate various time zones, virtual onboarding processes, and virtual team building activities to foster remote team cohesion.
