Position Summary:
InVision is seeking a skilled Remote Compensation Analyst to join our remote HR team. This position offers the opportunity to work from anywhere in the USA, contributing to our goal of attracting and retaining top talent through competitive compensation strategies. The Compensation Analyst will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing our compensation programs to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to analyze compensation trends and inform decision-making
- Developing and implementing compensation strategies and structures
- Evaluating job positions and analyzing salary data to ensure fair and competitive pay rates
- Collaborating with HR partners to address compensation-related inquiries and issues
- Participating in salary surveys and benchmarking studies to maintain market competitiveness

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field
- Proven experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools
- Excellent understanding of compensation and benefits practices
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup conducive to remote work
- High-speed internet connection to support virtual collaboration
- Availability to work within Pacific to Eastern Time Zones
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace

Desired Skills:
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus
- Experience with HRIS systems for compensation management
- Strong communication skills for remote team interactions
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced virtual work environment

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 based on experience
