Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar leadership role
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects across various mediums
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and lead a distributed team effectively
- Proficiency in design software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space conducive to creativity and focus

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $90,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience
