Position Summary:
Fitbit is seeking a talented Remote Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success, and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and CRM software.

Technical Requirements:

Compensation & Benefits:
Fitbit offers a competitive annual salary range of $60,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a home office stipend or equipment, flexible working hours to accommodate various time zones, virtual onboarding, remote team collaboration tools, virtual team building activities, and occasional travel requirements for team meetups.
