Position Summary:
As a Remote Customer Success Representative at Miro, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers' success and satisfaction with our platform. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with onboarding, troubleshooting, and providing product guidance to maximize their experience. Key Responsibilities:

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet connection
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Comfortable working in a distributed team across various time zones
- Availability for occasional team meetings or training sessions during Pacific Time business hours
Desired Skills:
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $50,000 - $65,000, commensurate with experience
