Compensation & Benefits:
DigitalOcean offers a competitive annual salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 for the Remote Data Scientist position, commensurate with experience. In addition to market-rate compensation, we provide a home office stipend or equipment allowance, flexible working hours, virtual onboarding, and access to remote team collaboration tools.
