Position Summary:
As a Remote Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Automattic, you will play a crucial role in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to foster a culture of belonging and representation across all teams and departments in a remote work setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives tailored to a remote work environment
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to integrate diversity and inclusion practices into all aspects of the organization
- Conduct regular assessments and provide recommendations to enhance diversity and inclusion efforts

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Remote Diversity & Inclusion Manager position at Automattic is $80,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience.
