Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal teams to promote diversity and inclusion through training programs and events
- Stay updated on best practices and industry trends related to diversity and inclusion

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in diversity and inclusion management
- Strong understanding of diversity metrics and analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a remote setting

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office with high-speed internet connection
- Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Comfortable working in a distributed team across multiple time zones
- Ability to maintain regular working hours that align with Cloudflare's operational needs

Desired Skills:
- SHRM certification or equivalent
- Experience in remote team building and virtual event planning
- Familiarity with ERG (Employee Resource Group) programs
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits:
Cloudflare offers a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 for the Remote Diversity & Inclusion Manager position. In addition, we provide remote-specific benefits such as a home office stipend or equipment, flexible working hours to accommodate various time zones, virtual onboarding processes, and virtual team building activities. Occasional travel may be required for team meetups.
