Position Summary:
Coursera is seeking a passionate and experienced Remote Diversity & Inclusion Manager to drive our diversity and inclusion initiatives in the remote HR & Talent Acquisition industry. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping Coursera's commitment to diversity and inclusion, ensuring that our workforce reflects the diverse communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies to attract, retain, and promote a diverse workforce
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed diversity and inclusion principles into all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Provide training and guidance to employees and leaders on diversity and inclusion best practices
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in diversity and inclusion

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- Proven experience in diversity and inclusion roles, preferably in a remote work setting
- Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment

Technical Requirements:
- Fully equipped home office with high-speed internet connection
- Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
- Ability to work in Pacific Time Zone (PT) or Eastern Time Zone (ET)

Desired Skills:
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification
- Experience with remote team collaboration tools like Trello or Asana
- Familiarity with conducting virtual training sessions

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $80,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience
