Position Summary:
As the Remote Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Doist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing strategies to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment. Your contributions will directly impact our team members' experiences and ensure that our company values of equality and respect are upheld across all aspects of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a culture of belonging and equity within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate diversity and inclusion practices into all aspects of talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to measure the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to educate employees on unconscious bias, cultural awareness, and inclusive behaviors.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and trends to continuously enhance Doist's diversity and inclusion strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Proven experience in diversity and inclusion management, preferably in a remote work setting.
- Strong understanding of EEO regulations and diversity metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a geographically dispersed team effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space with high-speed internet connectivity.
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable working across different time zones with flexibility in working hours.
Desired Skills:
- Certification in Diversity & Inclusion.
- Experience in creating virtual team-building activities.
- Familiarity with HR software and data analytics tools.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
