Position Summary:
Headspace is seeking a dedicated Remote Diversity & Inclusion Manager to join our dynamic team. This remote role plays a crucial part in shaping our company's diversity initiatives and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies to drive positive change within the company.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to ensure diversity initiatives align with organizational goals.
- Conduct diversity training programs and workshops for employees.
- Monitor and analyze diversity metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Engage with external partners and organizations to enhance diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on diversity-related matters.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in diversity and inclusion management.
- Strong understanding of DEI best practices and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Comfortable working across different time zones within the USA.
Technical Requirements:
- Fully equipped home office with a reliable internet connection.
- Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps for seamless virtual collaboration.
- Proficiency in remote communication tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable working in a virtual team environment with diverse team members.
- Availability for occasional virtual meetings during different time zones.
Desired Skills:
- Certification in Diversity and Inclusion management.
- Experience with remote team collaboration tools like Trello or Asana.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting diversity data and metrics.
- Ability to facilitate virtual team building activities and workshops.
Compensation & Benefits:
Headspace offers a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 for the Remote Diversity & Inclusion Manager position. In addition, we provide remote-specific benefits such as a home office stipend or equipment, flexible working hours to accommodate various time zones, virtual onboarding processes, and opportunities for virtual team building activities.
