Position Summary:
As the Remote Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Zapier, you will play a crucial role in fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment across our distributed team. You will lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring that Zapier remains a welcoming and supportive place for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies and programs
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to integrate diversity into all aspects of the organization
- Conduct training sessions on diversity awareness and inclusion best practices
- Analyze and report on diversity metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Act as a resource and advocate for employees on diversity and inclusion matters
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in diversity and inclusion roles, preferably in a remote setting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote team collaboration
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a virtual environment
Technical Requirements:
- Fully equipped home office with high-speed internet access
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
- Comfortable working across different time zones within the USA
Desired Skills:
- Experience in developing and delivering DEI training programs
- Certification in Diversity & Inclusion management
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analytics tools
- Strong project management skills for remote projects
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Remote Diversity & Inclusion Manager position at Zapier is $80,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive pay, Zapier offers remote-specific benefits, including a home office stipend or equipment provision, flexible working hours accommodating various time zones, virtual onboarding processes, and virtual team building activities. Occasional travel may be required for team meetups.
