Position Summary:
As a Remote HR Business Partner at Bloomberg, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives for our remote workforce. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support remote team members.

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office with high-speed internet access.
- Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones within the USA.

Desired Skills:
- SHRM certification is a plus.
- Experience with remote performance management tools.
- Demonstrated success in implementing remote team building activities.

Compensation & Benefits:
Annual salary range: $90,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience.
