Compensation & Benefits:
This REMOTE position offers a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to market-rate compensation, Lyft provides remote-specific benefits, including a home office stipend or equipment, flexible working hours to accommodate various time zones, virtual onboarding processes, and opportunities for virtual team building activities. Occasional travel may be required for team meetups, with expenses covered by the company.
