Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement remote-friendly training programs and resources for HR professionals

- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning strategies based on feedback

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field
- Proven experience in designing and delivering remote learning programs
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for virtual delivery

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space conducive to virtual collaboration
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with flexibility in working hours
- Ability to align with Pacific Time Zone for team meetings and collaboration

Desired Skills:
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 for this remote position, commensurate with experience.
