Position Summary:
As a Remote Live Chat Agent at BCG, you will be responsible for providing timely and professional customer support through live chat channels. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a seamless support experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via live chat to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a high level of customer service standards while multitasking and managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality and contribute to knowledge base development.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a live chat environment.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote work setting.
- Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup conducive to remote work.
Technical Requirements:
- Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps for both download and upload.
- Fully equipped home office with a computer, headset, and webcam.
- Availability to work within specified time zones to ensure adequate coverage for customer support.

Compensation & Benefits:
BCG offers a competitive annual salary range of $35,000 to $45,000 for Remote Live Chat Agents, commensurate with experience.
