Position Summary:
As a Remote Product Manager at Asana, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and enhancement of our project management platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and strategy
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch
- Conduct market research and gather user feedback to inform product decisions
- Define and prioritize product features based on business goals and user needs
- Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional products
- Analyze product metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in product management in a remote work environment
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote team interactions
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Technical Requirements:

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 commensurate with experience
