Key Responsibilities:

- Remove impediments to team progress and escalate issues when necessary
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver high-quality products
- Track and report team progress using agile metrics
- Promote a positive team environment and drive a culture of self-organization

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a remote work setting
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
