Position Summary
As a Remote Scrum Master at Twist, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating agile project management practices within our remote teams. You will be responsible for guiding and coaching our teams to deliver high-quality results efficiently while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for remote teams
- Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize tasks and ensure project goals are met
- Identify and address any impediments to team progress and escalate issues when necessary
- Coach team members on agile methodologies and best practices to enhance overall team performance
- Foster a culture of transparency, communication, and accountability within the remote team

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a remote work setting
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with remote team members
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced remote environment
- Certification in Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification is a plus

Technical Requirements
- Dedicated home office space conducive to remote work
- Reliable high-speed internet connection to support virtual collaboration
- Comfortable working in a remote-first company with flexible working hours
- Ability to work within Pacific to Eastern time zones for team alignment

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 for the Remote Scrum Master position at Twist.
