Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and requirements
- Build strong employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in a remote setting
- Strong understanding of remote work dynamics and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Familiarity with HR technologies and applicant tracking systems
Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet connectivity
- Proficient in using remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with flexibility in working hours
- Availability to overlap with Pacific Time Zone for team meetings and collaboration
Desired Skills:

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $60,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience.
