Position Summary:
As a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist at Automattic, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our remote HR & Talent Acquisition team. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
- Manage candidate relationships and provide an exceptional candidate experience
- Utilize data-driven insights to improve recruitment processes and strategies

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in a remote setting
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet access
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed, accommodating different time zones within the USA
- Proficiency in using remote team collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 for this Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist position, commensurate with experience. In addition, Automattic provides remote-specific benefits, including a home office stipend or equipment, flexible working hours, virtual onboarding, and virtual team building activities. Occasional travel may be required for team meetups, with expenses covered by the company.
