Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $110,000 to $140,000 for the Remote Technical Lead position at Discord, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a home office stipend or equipment, flexible working hours to accommodate various time zones, a virtual onboarding process, and virtual team building activities. Travel requirements for occasional team meetups may be necessary.
