Position Summary:
As a Remote Technical Program Manager at EY, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the successful delivery of technical projects within our remote project management team. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful execution of technical initiatives to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against key milestones
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely project delivery
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among remote team members to drive project success
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a remote work setting
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
- Proficiency in remote team collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Jira

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space with high-speed internet access
- Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps for optimal remote work connectivity
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones within the USA
- Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools and project management software
- Comfort with virtual communication and video conferencing platforms

Compensation & Benefits:
Annual salary range: $90,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience
