Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions
- Source candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments
- Manage candidates through the recruitment process and provide a positive candidate experience
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to track and report on recruitment metrics

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter in a remote work setting

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet connection

Compensation & Benefits:
InVision offers a competitive annual salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 for the Remote Technical Recruiter position, commensurate with experience. In addition, employees enjoy remote-specific benefits such as a home office stipend or equipment provision, flexible working hours, virtual onboarding, and virtual team building activities. Occasional travel may be required for team meetups.
