Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain documentation for Figma's products and features

- Continuously improve documentation based on user feedback and product updates
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and terminology across all written materials

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities in a remote work environment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in using documentation tools and version control systems

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet connection
- Availability to work within Pacific to Eastern Time Zones

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 for this remote position, commensurate with experience. In addition, Figma provides remote-specific benefits, including a home office stipend or equipment allowance, flexible working hours, virtual onboarding, and virtual team building activities. Occasional travel may be required for team meetups.
