Position Summary

Better.com is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Inside Sales Representative - Strategic Partnerships to join our growing team. As a fully remote employee, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand Better.com’s market reach. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential strategic partners aligned with Better.com’s business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations.
  • Present Better.com’s value proposition and solutions to potential partners through virtual meetings and presentations.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and terms that are mutually beneficial.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure successful partner onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnership performance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all partner interactions in our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong understanding of the mortgage or real estate industry (preferred).
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
  • Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to attend virtual meetings during core business hours (Eastern Time Zone).

Technical Requirements

To be successful in this remote role, you will need the following:

  • Dedicated home office space free from distractions.
  • High-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.
  • Reliable computer and headset for virtual communication.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Compliance with Better.com’s data security policies and procedures.

Compensation & Benefits
