Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our remote sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by prospecting new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Conduct face-to-face sales meetings (virtual or in-person) to present products and negotiate deals.
- Manage and grow a designated sales territory, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 15 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong skills in sales prospecting, networking, and territory management.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct face-to-face sales meetings and close deals.
- Proficiency in consultative selling and relationship building.
- Experience with sales tracking and reporting tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Required Education
Others (Equivalent experience or certifications in sales or business will be considered.)
Desired Skills
- Experience selling CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) products.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and trends.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
Compensation & Benefits
The Kraft Heinz Company offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $65,000 to $112,000 annually, based on experience and performance. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, performance bonuses, and professional development opportunities.
