Position Summary
Buffer is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Revenue Operations Specialist to support our Enterprise Accounts team. As a key member of our revenue operations function, you will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth. This is a fully REMOTE position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the sales technology stack, including CRM (Salesforce), sales engagement platforms, and other related tools.
- Develop and implement sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with sales leadership and other stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on sales processes and tools.
- Manage sales forecasting and pipeline management processes.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline sales operations.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of sales documentation and training materials.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and collaboration activities to foster a strong remote team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Experience with sales engagement platforms and other sales technology tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the US.
Technical Requirements
As a fully remote position, you will need to maintain a suitable home office environment that allows for productive work. This includes:
- Dedicated workspace free from distractions.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download speed).
- Company-provided laptop and other necessary equipment.
- Ability to participate in video conferences and virtual meetings.
- Comfort and ability to work primarily within US business hours and overlap with EST time zone (at least 4 hours).

- Experience with Salesforce administration and customization.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).

Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this REMOTE position is $80,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience.
