Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Channel Sales Manager to develop and execute our sales strategy within the SMB market. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing channel partners to drive revenue growth and market penetration for our specialized solutions tailored to SMBs. This role requires a strong understanding of channel sales methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy for the SMB market.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners, including resellers, integrators, and consultants.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
  • Provide training, support, and resources to partners to enable them to effectively sell and support our solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement joint marketing programs with channel partners.

  • Accurately forecast sales and manage the channel sales budget.

Required Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits
