Position Summary
Baker McKenzie is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior IT Support Specialist - Mobile Platforms to join our dynamic and fully remote Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and management of our mobile device infrastructure, ensuring seamless and secure access to resources for our employees across the US. You will work independently from your home office, collaborating with global teams to deliver exceptional IT services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with iOS and Android device management, mobile security protocols, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for iOS and Android devices, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Manage and maintain our Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform (e.g., Intune, Workspace ONE), ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices.
- Configure, deploy, and support mobile applications, including testing, packaging, and deployment strategies.
- Develop and maintain documentation for mobile device support procedures and user guides.
- Collaborate with other IT teams, including security, networking, and application development, to resolve complex technical issues.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential mobile device security vulnerabilities.
- Stay current with the latest mobile technology trends and security threats.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to knowledge sharing within the IT support team.
- Manage the lifecycle of mobile devices, including procurement, deployment, and decommissioning.
- Provide remote training and support to end-users on mobile device usage and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on mobile device management (iOS and Android).
- Proven experience with MDM platforms (e.g., Intune, Workspace ONE, MobileIron).
- Strong understanding of mobile security principles and best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Must reside within the United States.
- Must be able to work during standard US business hours, with flexibility to adjust for occasional global team meetings.
Technical Requirements
As a fully remote employee, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional and functional home office environment. The following technical requirements are essential:
- A dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions.
- A reliable, high-speed internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps and download speed of 50 Mbps.
- A modern computer with a webcam and microphone.

Baker McKenzie will provide a one-time stipend to help cover the costs of setting up your home office.

Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this REMOTE Senior IT Support Specialist - Mobile Platforms position is $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Baker McKenzie offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
