Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing Technology team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge machine learning models on mobile platforms to enhance our internal applications and services. You will work closely with product managers, software engineers, and data scientists to build innovative solutions that improve efficiency and user experience. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models on mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
• Optimize machine learning models for performance and efficiency on mobile devices.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into existing mobile applications.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in machine learning and mobile technologies.
• Develop and maintain machine learning pipelines for data processing, model training, and evaluation.
• Work with large datasets to extract insights and build predictive models.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our machine learning infrastructure.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences via virtual meetings and documentation.
• Participate in virtual team building activities to promote team cohesion.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
• 3+ years of experience developing applications for mobile platforms (iOS and/or Android).
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including deep learning.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Swift.
• Experience with mobile development tools and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
• Proven ability to manage your own time and work independently in a remote work environment.

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless remote working experience, the following technical requirements are essential:

• A dedicated, quiet home office space free from distractions.
• A reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps and download speed of 50 Mbps.
• A modern computer with sufficient processing power and memory to run development tools and machine learning models.
• A personal mobile phone (iOS or Android) for testing purposes.
• Must be located within the USA and able to work during core business hours in the US Eastern Time Zone (occasional flexibility may be possible).
• Ability to participate in virtual meetings using video conferencing tools.

Desired Skills

• Experience with deploying machine learning models on edge devices.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary range for this fully remote Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Mobile Platforms position is $160,000 - $220,000, commensurate with experience and location within the USA.
