Position Summary

Chegg is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Revenue Operations Specialist to join our Customer Success team. This is a fully REMOTE position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and streamlining our Customer Success operations to drive revenue growth and improve customer outcomes. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure efficient processes, accurate data, and actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer success principles, sales operations, and technology, and a proven track record of driving positive results in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable processes to support Customer Success activities, including onboarding, renewal management, and upsell opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize our Customer Success technology stack, including Salesforce, Gainsight, and other relevant tools.
  • Design and implement dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into Customer Success performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve Customer Success efficiency and effectiveness through automation and process improvements.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and documentation to support Customer Success team members.
  • Manage and administer Customer Success incentive programs.
  • Support the development and execution of customer segmentation strategies.
  • Work closely with sales operations to ensure alignment between sales and customer success processes.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative remote work environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Customer Success Operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven track record of driving positive results in a customer-focused organization.
  • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team.
  • Must be able to maintain a professional and productive home office environment.

Technical Requirements

As a fully remote position, the following technical requirements are essential:

  • High-speed internet access with a minimum upload and download speed of 25 Mbps.
  • A dedicated workspace free from distractions.
  • Reliable computer and headset for virtual meetings.
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work during core business hours in the Pacific Time Zone (PST).

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary range for this fully remote Senior Revenue Operations Specialist position is $110,000 - $140,000, commensurate with experience and location. Chegg also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
