Position Summary
Figma is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Development Representative - Account Management to join our growing remote sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers within existing accounts, generating new opportunities, and expanding Figma's presence within those organizations. You will work closely with Account Managers and Sales leadership to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads within assigned existing accounts through research, outreach, and engagement.
- Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to generate new opportunities within existing customer base.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer pain points and identify how Figma can provide value.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Figma's capabilities.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to develop and execute account-specific sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in Salesforce.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales development or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of successfully generating new business opportunities and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Must reside in the United States.
Technical Requirements
As a fully remote position, the following technical requirements are necessary:
- Dedicated home office space free from distractions.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.
- Ability to participate in meetings and collaborate effectively within Pacific Time Zone business hours.
- Company-provided laptop and headset for optimal communication.

Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this fully remote Senior Sales Development Representative - Account Management position is $80,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience and location within the United States. In addition to base salary, Figma offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
