Key Responsibilities For SEO Specialist:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to ITV's digital platforms
- Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimisation, and technical SEO audits to enhance website performance
- Monitor and analyse website traffic, user engagement metrics, and search engine algorithms to make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with content creators, developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital content and platforms
- Stay updated on industry trends and search engine updates to continuously improve ITV's SEO performance

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role in a digital marketing environment
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to improve SEO performance
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field would be advantageous

Desired Skills:
- Experience with A/B testing and website optimisation tools
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO implementation
- Certifications in SEO or Google Analytics would be a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
