Key Responsibilities For Site Manager:
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to maintain a safe and efficient working environment
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on-site
- Monitor progress and quality of workmanship to meet Bellway's high standards
- Liaise with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare and maintain accurate site reports and documentation

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Health and Safety qualifications such as SMSTS and First Aid at Work
- Valid CSCS card

- Degree in Construction Management or related field
