Key Responsibilities For Sous Chef:
- Assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation

- Monitor and control stock levels and wastage

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a busy kitchen environment
- NVQ Level 3 in Food Preparation and Cooking or equivalent qualification
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and culinary techniques
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
